NYFF Events was brought on board by Yes Chef and Jake’s Dining Room to oversee and execute all production and site-related needs for the highly anticipated Yes Chef Food Festival. Over the course of two days, the event welcomed more than 5,000 attendees each day, offering an artisan-focused twist on the traditional food and hospitality festival experience. As the production partner, NYFF played a pivotal role in shaping the overall layout and flow of the event, ensuring that the guest experience was seamless from entry to exit. Our team managed a wide-ranging scope of services, including CAD renderings to visualize site design, large-scale tenting solutions, power distribution, staging, and full audio support. Additional responsibilities encompassed site lighting, event rentals, restroom facilities, hedge wall installations, and crowd control measures—each element contributing to both functionality and atmosphere. By combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving, NYFF ensured that Yes Chef Food Festival delivered not only on logistics but also on creating a memorable, elevated environment for guests and partners alike.
