WEDDING AT THE POOL

NYFF Events, in partnership with Andy Charles of AHC Events and Louis Konstantinos, delivered full-scale production for a weekend-long wedding celebration, transforming a nontraditional venue into a bespoke event site. With the hotel ballrooms intentionally left unused, NYFF led the complete site build, including the installation of a 25x40-meter clear-span tent on staging elevations ranging from 1 to 14 feet, constructed over a 10-day period. All wedding activities—including meals and receptions—were hosted within custom-built tented environments. Our team managed every aspect of event infrastructure and logistics, providing turnkey solutions that included structural design, lighting and AV production, power generation and distribution, site operations, and staffing. From initial planning through a seamless three-day strike, NYFF Events ensured flawless execution, showcasing our ability to deliver complex, high-end events with precision and creativity in unconventional settings.
