ELIANA’S BAT MITZVAH

NYFF Events collaborated with Prestige Caterers and Sharyn Gold to produce an unforgettable beachfront Bat Mitzvah weekend, delivering a fully immersive and seamless guest experience. As the lead production partner, NYFF was responsible for comprehensive site management and event execution from concept through completion. The project involved the installation of a 70’x80’ structured tent outfitted with custom flooring and turf, climate control (HVAC), and full-scale production support. Our team managed all technical and creative elements including lighting, staging, sound, power distribution, rentals, entertainment programming, DJ and music coordination, as well as interactive games and guest experiences. Despite the complexity of the setup, tight site constraints, and a week-long installation timeline, NYFF delivered a flawless event that transformed the beachfront into a vibrant celebration space. The result was a breathtaking and memorable weekend for a very special client and their guests.
